Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid underfoot, smart finish
Was a bit sceptical about ordering flooring online without seeing it in person, but the colour matched the photos well and it feels properly solid underfoot — the rigid core really does make a difference. Laid it in the living room and dining area, took a day and a half. Would buy again.
Transformed the hallway
Our old carpet was a disaster — dark, tatty, and impossible to keep clean. This has completely changed the feel of the whole ground floor. The herringbone pattern looks genuinely smart, much more expensive than it has any right to. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend, click system was straightforward once you got the hang of it. Really pleased.

Happy with it
Fitted the landing and top of the stairs. Looks clean and modern, colour is a nice neutral oak that goes with pretty much anything. Click system was simple enough for a first-timer. Delivery was quick too.
Smart choice for a busy household
We've got two kids and a dog so durability was the main thing for us. This has been down in the hallway and living room for four months now and there's no sign of wear at all. The colour hides the mud surprisingly well — that warm oak tone is very forgiving. Fitting was straightforward, we did about 40 square metres over a weekend. The herringbone pattern takes more time to plan out than standard straight laying but it's absolutely worth it for the look you get. Really impressed overall.
Nice herringbone effect for the price
Wasn't expecting it to look this good honestly. The oak finish is warm without being orangey and the herringbone layout gives it a proper premium feel. Took a bit longer to lay than straight planks would — the pattern needs more attention — but the end result is stunning. Four stars only because I wish there was a slightly wider board option.
Utility room sorted
Perfect for our utility room. Waterproof, easy to cut around the washing machine plinth, and it clicks together really neatly. No complaints at all.
Fitted it myself — no dramas
Was worried about doing the herringbone pattern solo but it clicked together well and the instructions made sense. Living room looks like something out of a magazine now. Rigid core means no bouncy feel, which was my main concern with thinner LVT I'd tried before.

Great value for a herringbone SPC
Herringbone SPC at this price point is rare. The rigid core keeps it stable and it doesn't flex underfoot at all. Laid it in the open-plan kitchen-diner and it's completely changed the room. Colour is spot on — warm but not too golden. Easy fit. Looks premium. Good value.
Conservatory looks the part now
Much better than the laminate we had before — that warped in the heat every summer. This SPC has stayed completely flat through a warm spell already. Colour is a lovely soft oak, works really well with the natural light. Took a couple of hours to acclimatise before fitting which is worth doing properly. Four stars as the click system needed a bit of force to engage on some boards, but nothing major.

Bedroom makeover complete
Put this down in the master bedroom to replace a hideous pink carpet from the eighties. The difference is night and day. Colour works beautifully with light grey walls, feels modern without being cold. Slightly darker in real life than on screen but I actually prefer it that way.
