Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but really glad I did
Always felt like flooring was something you needed to see in person first. Ordered a sample, liked what I saw, and went ahead with the full order for our hallway and landing. Honestly didn't think a click floor would look this good laid in herringbone. Took a bit longer to plan the layout than a standard straight lay but the end result is absolutely worth it. The grey oak colour photographs beautifully too.

Brilliant in the kitchen
Fitted this across our open-plan kitchen and dining area last month. The herringbone pattern looks genuinely high-end — visitors keep asking if it's real wood. Rigid core means it feels solid underfoot, no bounce or flex at all. Really pleased with how it's held up already.
Perfect for our extension

Much better than expected for the price
Was half-expecting budget quality but this is genuinely impressive. The grey oak tone is subtle rather than cold, which works really well in our north-facing lounge. Click system snapped together without much fuss. Would buy again.
Slightly more beige than the photos but still love it
The colour reads a touch warmer in real life than on screen — slightly more greige than a cool grey. Actually works better in our living room for that reason so no complaints. Quality feels right for the price and it clicked together without drama.

Great value for money
For the price this is cracking value. Went down in our utility room and the conservatory and it looks far more expensive than it is. The waterproof element was a big selling point for us given the conservatory gets damp in winter. No issues at all so far.

Living room transformation
Our old carpet had seen better days. Ripped it up, put this down over a weekend, and the room looks completely different. The rigid core feels substantial when you walk on it — none of that hollow tap you get with cheaper vinyl.
Took a bit of getting used to the click system
First time laying a herringbone click floor and there's definitely a learning curve with the angles. Once I got my head round it though it went down smoothly. End result looks brilliant — just budget a bit of extra time if you're new to it.
