Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Happy with the purchase
Ordered enough for two bedrooms. Quality is consistent throughout, colour is a nice warm honey oak. No issues with the click system. Good value for 14mm engineered.
Bedroom floor done
Wasn't sure about the golden brushed finish from the photos — looked a bit light on screen — but in person it's much warmer and richer. Really suits the room. Only knocking a star off because a couple of boards had very slight colour variation, though honestly you'd only notice if you were looking for it.
Absolutely love it
Our old laminate was scratched and dated — this is a completely different league. The UV oiled finish feels authentic, not plasticky, and the 14mm thickness means it feels genuinely solid. Fitting was manageable for a DIY job. Transformed our open-plan downstairs.
Attractive floor, fitting was straightforward
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out it's dead easy — the click system is clear and the boards are well milled. The brushed texture is a nice touch, hides minor scuffs better than a smooth finish would. Very pleased.

Decent, wouldn't call it luxury
It's a nice floor. The brushed finish looks good and the colour is spot on from the photos. I just wouldn't describe it as luxury exactly — it's solid quality but the price point suggests premium and it's maybe a step below that to my eye. That said it's perfectly fine for what we needed in the utility room and I'd buy it again for a similar space.

Stunning finish
Fitted this throughout our open-plan kitchen and living room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The golden brushed finish is gorgeous — warm without being orange, if that makes sense. Looks proper premium. A few boards took a bit of coaxing to click but once you get the rhythm it's straightforward. Well worth the money.
Good for the landing, maybe not the main lounge
We put this on the upstairs landing and it looks fine — the brushed finish is attractive and it's easy enough to clean. That said I'm not sure I'd use it in the main living areas. For a secondary space it's perfectly decent and the price reflects that. Might have been my expectations but I was hoping for something with a bit more character in the grain.
Not quite what I expected
The colour in person is quite a bit darker than it looks on the website, which threw me a bit. Boards are good quality and lay flat fine, but I was going for a lighter tone to match my furniture and this doesn't really work. Looks decent enough, just not what I ordered it for if that makes sense.
Fitted the extension
Went into our new kitchen extension and it looks brilliant. Ties in well with the existing floors elsewhere in the house. Delivery was well packaged and arrived on time. Easy to work with — boards are a good length.

Good but fitting took longer than expected
The floor itself is beautiful — genuinely love the golden oak tone and the brushed finish. Fitting took us longer than we'd planned because a few of the boards were a bit stiff to click together, but we got there in the end and the result is stunning. Would buy again.
Looks premium, is premium
14mm engineered oak and you can tell. Feels substantial, sounds solid when you walk on it, and the brushed texture adds a lovely depth to the grain. Our installer commented on the quality unprompted. Highly recommend.

Replaced tired carpet in the lounge and this has completely transformed the space. Rich colour, feels solid underfoot — exactly what you'd expect from 14mm engineered oak. Delivery was faster than expected too.
