Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Nice floor, quick delivery
Arrived fast and in good condition. Couple of boards had very minor marks on the edges but nothing that showed once fitted. End result looks great in the bedroom and I'm satisfied with the purchase.
Budget buy, good result

Ordered this for the downstairs hallway after redoing the kitchen. The ruby grey oak tone is subtle and modern — photographs beautifully too. It's lighter underfoot than thicker laminates but that's to be expected at this price point. Happy customer overall.

Fitted the conservatory
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. Bought enough for the conservatory plus a bit extra and had the whole thing down in about four hours. The grey oak shade is really attractive, goes nicely with the exposed brick.

Fitted this in the spare bedroom last weekend. Wasn't sure about the grey oak shade from the photos but it's spot on in person — quite a warm tone to it, not cold at all. Went down easily with no fuss.
