Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Love it, great quality.
Really happy with it
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy once you get the hang of the herringbone pattern. Watched a couple of videos first and it made sense. Looks fantastic in the conservatory.
Landing sorted
Replaced some tired carpet on the landing with this. Much easier to keep clean and looks smart.
Bedroom makeover complete
Replaced the bedroom carpet with this after years of meaning to. The herringbone pattern adds a touch of something — feels like a design choice rather than just a floor. SPC so no issues with the underfloor heating either. Make sure you acclimatise it properly before fitting, I left it 48 hours and had no issues at all.

Does the job
Good value for what it is. Laid it in the utility room and it looks tidy.
Solid, looks the part
Laid this in the kitchen-diner. The rigid core makes it feel more substantial than you'd expect — no bounce or give underfoot. Colour photographs quite cool but in real life it reads as a warm grey which suits the room perfectly.
Good but took some patience
The click system took a bit of getting used to — I've laid laminate before but herringbone adds a layer of complexity with the angles. End result is lovely though, very pleased with the colour.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Waterproof, easy to cut around the base of the toilet, and the herringbone pattern makes such a tiny room feel a bit special. Exactly what we needed.

Herringbone was the right call
We went back and forth on whether to do herringbone or straight planks. Herringbone won and we're so glad it did. The pattern gives the whole extension a much more premium feel than you'd expect from the price point. Fitting took longer than standard lay because of the angles, but nothing unmanageable. Would buy again.

Impressed with the finish
Didn't expect it to look this good from the price. The grey is a proper mid-tone — not too cold, not too warm. Goes brilliantly with white skirting. A few of the boards had very minor surface marks when we opened the packs but nothing you'd notice once laid.
Much better than expected
Our old carpet was absolutely awful — dark, stained, impossible to clean. This has completely changed how the room feels. Light, modern, easy to hoover. The SPC core means it doesn't flex underfoot which is reassuring. Happy customer.
Took longer to fit than I hoped
Herringbone layout means more cuts and more time, which I probably should have anticipated. The result though — genuinely stunning. Neighbours have already asked about it. Slightly darker in person than the product images but that's not necessarily a bad thing, it looks really rich.
Solid choice for the kitchen
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged and the colour matched the photos pretty closely. Grey tones are neutral enough to go with most units. Fitted it in a weekend with no real dramas.
