Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

For the price I wasn't expecting it to look this good. The Victorian Oak grain is convincing and the herringbone layout gives the utility room a really smart finish — people assume it cost a fortune. Easy to keep clean too, which is a bonus in a utility. Really good value overall.
Stunning herringbone pattern
Fitted this throughout our open-plan kitchen and dining room last month. The Victorian Oak colour is spot on — warm but not too yellow, really classic looking. The herringbone pattern makes such a difference to the feel of the room. Click system was straightforward once I got into the rhythm of it. Solid underfoot too, which I wasn't entirely expecting at this thickness. Really pleased.
Solid choice for the living room
Our old carpet was awful — this has completely changed the room. The herringbone pattern adds a real character that plain plank flooring just doesn't have. Colour is consistent across the boards, no obvious repeats. Took a full day to fit the living room but the result is stunning. Would recommend budgeting time for acclimatisation first.

Brilliant for a rental property
Put this in a rental flat — kitchen, hallway and living room. Looks far more expensive than it is, which is exactly what you want. Tenants are happy, it's easy to keep clean, and fitting was quick enough. Good purchase.

Herringbone obsession justified
I'd been wanting herringbone floors for ages and this delivered. The SPC core means it doesn't creak or flex, which was my main worry. Colour is a lovely mid-oak — not too light, not too dark. Fitted the bedroom and landing and it flows really nicely between the two spaces.
Lovely floor, minor fitting learning curve
The pattern itself is stunning and the colour is exactly as shown. I'll be honest — the herringbone click system took a bit of getting used to at first. Spent the first hour scratching my head but once it clicks (literally) it's fine. End result is well worth it.
Exceeded expectations
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely changed my mind. The Victorian Oak finish is rich and realistic-looking. Laid it in the living room over a weekend with a friend and it was genuinely satisfying to do. The room looks like something from a magazine now. Would absolutely recommend.

Slightly darker in person but that's fine
Colour came up a touch darker than the website photos suggested. That said, I actually prefer it — feels warmer and more premium. Good quality boards and the click system is nice and positive. Would still buy again.
