Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took a bit of getting used to the click system
First time laying SPC so the click system took me a little while to get confident with, but once I found the right angle it clicked into place easily enough. End result looks great in the conservatory — the oak tone works really well with the light in there. Would buy again.

Sturdy underfoot and looks the part
The rigid core on this makes a real difference — no bounce or hollow feeling when you walk across it. We put it in the landing and top of the stairs area and it's handled the foot traffic well since fitting a few months ago. The French Oak tone ties in nicely with our existing skirting. Decent product at a fair price.
Fitted the utility room in an afternoon
So pleased with how this turned out in the utility room. Quick to lay, waterproof which was essential in there, and the finish is really clean-looking. The click system is satisfying once you get a rhythm going — make sure you acclimatise it for 24 hours first, as the instructions suggest. Would buy this again for another room.

Went in the downstairs loo — ideal
Needed something fully waterproof for the downstairs toilet and this fit the bill perfectly. Compact space so fitting was quick, and the click system meant no mess or adhesive. The oak finish looks smart and clean. Very happy with it.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was beyond saving — this has completely changed the feel of the room. The French Oak finish looks genuinely warm and natural, and the rigid core means it doesn't flex underfoot at all. Fitted it over a weekend with no professional help and the click system was straightforward once I got the hang of the angle. Really happy with the result.

Wasn't expecting it to look this good
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this exceeded what I expected for the price. Laid it throughout the open-plan kitchen and dining area — the planks are consistent in colour and the joins are barely visible once down. Couple of boards had very minor surface marks when I opened them but nothing that ended up visible in the finished floor.

Fitted this last weekend across the extension and I'm genuinely impressed by how premium it looks. The 5.2mm SPC feels stable and rigid — no give at all when you walk on it. Colour is a lovely natural French oak, not too yellow, not too grey. Would recommend to anyone doing a DIY refresh.

Nice finish on these boards
Was worried about ordering flooring online but the colour matched the photos pretty well — slightly warmer in person, which I actually prefer. The boards feel solid underfoot thanks to the rigid core, nothing hollow or cheap about them. Laid it in the hallway and it's held up well with kids and a dog.
SUPER TO LAY
Ideal composite flooring cuts quickly and fits together perfectly, really easy to lay. Good quality product at reasonable price. Also Paul at Flooring Depot was kind enough to take underlay off order as not required ;-)
Really pleased overall — minor note on colour
Slightly darker than in the online photos but honestly it looks better for it, really rich and warm. The boards clipped together without any fuss and I did the bedroom in about three hours. Good value at this price point and the surface has a nice low-sheen finish that hides footprints well.
