Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Really pleased with the herringbone effect
Was a bit worried the herringbone pattern would be tricky to lay but it clicks together in one direction which makes it straightforward. Looks stunning in our open plan living room. The colour is exactly as shown online — a natural mid-oak tone that goes with almost anything.

Good quality SPC floor at a fair price. Fitted it in the utility room and it handles the water and mud from the dog brilliantly. Wish there were one or two more colour variants but the Western Oak works well in our space.
Perfect for our conservatory
Needed something waterproof for the conservatory and this ticks every box. Warm tone works brilliantly with all the natural light. Feels sturdy despite the 5mm thickness — the rigid core really does make a difference.
Genuinely impressed
Bought this on the strength of reviews and I'm glad I did. The herringbone pattern is properly eye-catching without being over the top, and the Western Oak tone is versatile enough to work in most rooms. We put it in the landing and hallway and it flows really nicely. The 5mm rigid core feels much more substantial than standard LVT — there's no flex underfoot at all. Couple of boards in the pack had very minor surface marks but nothing that affected the final result. Overall a great product and I'd have no hesitation recommending it.
Brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone pattern looks so much more expensive than it is — several people have asked if we had someone professional lay it. The rigid core means it feels proper solid underfoot, not at all what you'd expect from a 5mm floor. Dead easy click system too.
Kitchen transformation
Our old kitchen floor was scuffed vinyl tiles from about 1997. This has completely transformed the room. The Western Oak colour is warm but not too orange — sits really nicely with our grey units. Took me and my partner an afternoon to fit about 18 square metres. Would definitely buy again.

Took longer than expected but worth it
I'm not the most experienced fitter and the herringbone layout did take me a good day and a half for a medium-sized room. But honestly the finished result is stunning and I'd do it again without hesitation. Very pleased with the quality.
Slightly darker in real life but I actually prefer it
The boards came up a touch darker than the product photos suggested, but I'm not complaining — if anything it looks richer and warmer in person. Fitted fine, clicks together well. Would recommend.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the colour sample matched perfectly and the product itself is great. Feels solid, looks expensive, and the herringbone pattern lays up really well. Used it throughout the ground floor extension and couldn't be more pleased.
Living room sorted
Replaced tired carpet with this and the difference is night and day. Herringbone gives the room a real sense of character. The click system was simple enough for a first-timer — just watch a couple of YouTube videos first and you'll be fine.
