Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Kitchen floor sorted
Looks great, really pleased.
Solid and good-looking
Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value. Sticking to the subfloor nicely and no signs of any movement after a few weeks.
Lovely floor
The pattern is beautiful and the colour is just right — not too light, not too dark. Took me a little longer than expected to lay it because getting the herringbone layout square takes careful planning. But the finished result is stunning.
Couple of boards had minor marks but still very happy
Most of the tiles were in great condition but a couple had very small surface marks straight out of the box. In a herringbone layout you can work around wastage anyway so it wasn't really an issue, and the overall floor looks fantastic. The smoked tone is gorgeous.
Looks premium for the price
Wasn't sure what to expect ordering flooring online but this has genuinely surprised me. The herringbone pattern adds so much character to what was a very plain room. Easy to cut, glues down well, and it's waterproof which was essential for us.

Fitted this last weekend in our narrow hallway and honestly couldn't be happier. The smoked oak tone is exactly what I was after — warm but not too yellow. Glued down a treat and looks incredibly smart. Loads of compliments already.

Needed something tough and waterproof in the utility room. This is ideal. Easy to lay and looks far smarter than I expected at this price point.
Herringbone pattern is gorgeous
Was a bit nervous about laying herringbone for the first time but the tiles are cut so cleanly that the pattern basically lines itself up. The smoked oak colour is rich without being too dark. Our kitchen diner looks like a completely different room.
Good stuff
Ordered for the bedroom, laid it myself over a weekend. The glue-down method is actually less fiddly than I thought once you get going. Really happy with the result.
Transformed our living room

Really easy to lay
I'd never done a glue-down floor before but the instructions made it straightforward enough. The dryback system holds really well — no lifting at the edges at all. Looks very smart in our dining room.
Landed on the landing
Fitted this on the upstairs landing and it looks excellent. Colour matches well with the skirting boards we already had. Glue-down method means no risk of movement in a high-traffic area.
Wish there were a few more shades available
The smoked oak is a lovely colour and the floor looks brilliant. My only quibble is I'd have liked to see a slightly lighter variant too — we nearly went with something else because we were unsure. Ended up being glad we chose this though.

Great in the conservatory
Was looking for something that could handle the temperature changes in our conservatory and this seems to be doing the job. The adhesion is really secure and the smoked oak tone looks lovely with the light coming through the windows.

Took a while to plan out but stunning result
Herringbone layouts are a bit more work than straight plank — took me half a day just working out the pattern before I even started gluing. But honestly the finished floor is so much more striking than a standard layout would have been. Really glad I went for it.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Small space, big impact. The herringbone pattern makes the room look really considered and the waterproof properties are obviously great in a bathroom setting. Dead easy to cut around the toilet base too.
Worth every penny
The herringbone layout on this takes a bit of planning — I'd recommend chalking out your centre lines carefully before you start. But once you get going it's satisfying to lay and the end result looks seriously impressive. The colour has a lovely depth to it.

Very impressed
I was a bit sceptical about glue-down LVT but having laid it in our open-plan kitchen and living area I can't fault it. The bond is solid, there's no movement whatsoever, and the smoked oak colour ties the whole space together brilliantly. Would definitely order from here again.
Great for our extension
Needed something waterproof for the new extension and this ticked every box. Glues down firmly, no movement at all. The herringbone layout took a bit of patience to plan out but the result is well worth it.
Much better than our old carpet
Our old carpet was absolutely manky — ripped it up and put this down instead. The difference is unbelievable. Feels clean, modern, and the smoked oak colour goes with everything.
Brilliant colour
The smoked oak finish is exactly as shown in the photos. Slightly darker in person but in a good way — really rich and warm. Suits our Victorian terrace perfectly.
