Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Absolutely love this. Transformed our living room completely.
Really solid feel underfoot
Fitted this across the landing and top of the stairs and it feels proper quality — no bounce, no creaking, just solid. The White Mist colour is versatile and works with pretty much any wall colour. Would definitely order again.
Lovely floor, well worth it
The herringbone pattern gives it a really premium look and the 6mm thickness means it feels properly substantial when you walk on it. Laid it in our open-plan kitchen diner and couldn't be happier. Easy click system too — first time I've ever done flooring myself and it went down without any drama.

Took some care with the pattern but worth it
The herringbone layout does require a bit more planning than a standard straight lay, so set aside more time than you think you need. That said, the finished result is genuinely beautiful. The 6mm SPC feels really planted — no flexing, no hollow sound. It's gone into our extension and looks like it was always meant to be there.

Fitted the utility room last week
Wanted something robust for the utility room — gets a lot of traffic, wet boots, the dog, you name it. This has been faultless so far. Feels solid and the finish hasn't marked at all. Good to know it's waterproof too given the washing machine lives in there.
Great in the living room
So pleased with how this turned out. Our old carpet was dark and dingy — this has completely opened the room up. The White Mist is a gorgeous subtle tone, not too cold.
Not the cheapest but you can tell
Spent ages comparing options and went for this in the end — pricier than some but you can genuinely feel the difference. The SPC core makes it feel much more like real flooring than the cheap stuff. Took longer to fit than expected because of the herringbone pattern, but the end result is stunning. Really glad we didn't cut corners.
Transformed our hallway
Was worried about ordering flooring online but this has completely won me over. The White Mist colour is exactly as it looks in the photos — light and airy without being stark white. Long-term investment, absolutely worth it
We spent a long time choosing flooring for our new build extension and went back and forth between this and a few other options. Six months in and it still looks brand new despite two kids and a muddy spaniel. Would recommend to anyone who wants a floor that looks high-end without being as high-maintenance as real wood.
Really pleased overall
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the quality on delivery was spot on — boards were well packaged and arrived in great condition. Took me a full day to fit the kitchen but I was going slowly to get the herringbone angles right. Looks absolutely class now it's done. The 6mm thickness gives it a real sense of quality.
Happy with the purchase
Much better than our old laminate. Feels more premium and looks cleaner. The click mechanism was straightforward once I got going — just took a trial run of the first few boards to get the pattern right. Minor thing: wish there were one or two more colour options in this range, but the White Mist is a really safe and attractive choice.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Wanted something waterproof and good-looking for the downstairs toilet and this ticked every box. Small space so it was a quick job — went down in under two hours. The herringbone detail looks almost too smart for a loo, but in the best possible way.
Looks lovely in the conservatory
Was after something light and fresh for the conservatory and this is exactly right. Bright, clean look without being clinical. Fits well with underfloor heating too — no issues at all.
Slightly darker in person but actually prefer it
Colour was a touch darker than the photos suggested, but honestly it looks even better for it — a bit warmer and less clinical. Fits beautifully and the click system was genuinely easy to get used to after the first few rows. Laying the herringbone took patience but the effect is well worth it.

First few boards were a bit fiddly — the click mechanism felt stiff to start with. Once I got the hang of it though it went down smoothly. Overall the floor looks fantastic and feels really sturdy. Not a big complaint, just worth knowing you might need a rubber mallet for the first section.
