Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Love it, great quality.
Slightly darker than the photos but no complaints
When it arrived I thought it looked a bit darker than what I'd seen online, but once it was down in the bedroom with the lighting it actually looks even better. The depth of colour is lovely. 10mm so it feels really solid — no hollow sound when you walk on it. Very pleased overall.

So pleased with how this turned out in our conservatory. We were a bit nervous choosing a grey-toned floor but it actually brightens the whole room. The 10mm boards feel genuinely luxurious and there's no hollow sound underfoot which was my biggest worry with laminate. Colour is consistent across all the packs too, no patchy boards.

Took longer to fit than I'd planned — I think I just underestimated how many cuts there were around the door frames. But the end result is stunning, honestly. The colour is sophisticated and the boards feel really high quality. Would recommend getting a professional to fit if DIY isn't your thing.

You can absolutely see where the money goes with this one. Compared to some of the thinner laminates I've used in rentals before, the difference in feel is night and day. This is the real deal — 10mm, solid underfoot, barely any noise. Went in our living room and dining area and it ties the two spaces together really nicely.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this was genuinely easy. The boards are a good weight, which you'd expect at 10mm, and the click system locked together really smoothly. Fitted the extension in a day. Colour photographs as silver-toned oak and that's exactly what it is — no nasty surprises.

Wish there were more colour options
The quality here is excellent — really weighty boards, lovely finish, fitted together easily. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked a slightly warmer tone to go with our furniture. The silver is cool-toned which works in some rooms but not everywhere. Still, for our utility room it's absolutely perfect.
