Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Really pleased with the result
Fitted throughout the ground floor of our mid-terrace. The colour is a lovely warm caramel — not too yellow, not too grey. It ties the kitchen and living room together really well now that it's continuous. The click mechanism is one of the better ones I've used; very little fussing around. Feels solid and well-made for the price. Only minor thing is a couple of boards had tiny surface marks out of the pack, but nothing visible once laid. Overall a great floor.
Slightly darker in person but I actually prefer it
The boards came out a touch darker than they appeared on screen, but honestly it suits the room better than the lighter shade I thought I was getting. Feels very sturdy, no flex at all. Minor quibble on colour accuracy but I'd still buy it again.
Fitted this last weekend
Fitted this last weekend in the utility room and the landing. Both went down without any drama. The SPC core means no soft spots, and it handles moisture fine. Looks the part.
Not the cheapest but you can see why
There are cheaper SPC options out there, no question. But the feel of this one is noticeably better — it doesn't flex underfoot, the surface texture is realistic, and the colour depth is lovely. Went in the bedroom and it looks like it's always been there. Worth the extra.
Lovely warm tone

Transformed the living room
Old carpet was tired and dark — this has completely opened the space up. The caramel brown tone is warmer than I expected from the photos, which is actually a good thing. Clicks together really neatly and feels solid underfoot. Brilliant.
Much better than our old vinyl
We had thin sheet vinyl before and the difference is night and day. This feels like a proper floor — rigid, quiet underfoot, and the pattern is really convincing. The Versailles panel design gives it a bit of character without being over the top. Downstairs loo has never looked better.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online, if I'm honest — always worried you'd get something that looks nothing like the photos. But this was spot on. The caramel tone is rich and warm without being orange, and it's clicked together really cleanly throughout the extension. Very happy.
Took a bit longer than expected but worth it
Some of the cuts around the skirting took me a while to get right — probably my own fault more than the floor. End result is stunning though. Feels premium, looks premium. Definitely recommend.
Happy with it
Was worried fitting it myself would be a nightmare but it's dead easy. Clicked together first time and the room looks great. Would have given five stars but I wish there were a few more shade options in this range.

Made sure to let it acclimatise for 48 hours before laying — makes a real difference. The click system is fairly forgiving even when you're working around awkward angles. Colour is a nice neutral warm brown that'll go with most interiors.
Kitchen floor sorted
Fitted this across the kitchen and dining area last weekend. Click system was straightforward once I got into the rhythm of it, and the finished result looks really smart. The 6.5mm thickness makes it feel genuinely substantial — not hollow sounding at all. Would order again.
