Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Versailles panel — lovely design
The parquet-style pattern is what sold it for me. Most SPC flooring looks a bit generic but this has real character. Laid it in the dining room and it looks like something out of a magazine. Acclimatised it for 48 hours first as recommended and fitting was smooth. Minor note: a couple of boards needed a bit more persuasion to click together, but nothing major.

Perfect for our extension
Needed something that could handle underfloor heating and this ticked every box. Feels sturdy and the natural tone works brilliantly with the bi-fold doors we've just had fitted.
Solid underfoot
6.5mm SPC so it's got a proper rigid feel to it, not that hollow sound you get with cheaper stuff. Laid it in the kitchen and it feels substantial. Good product.
Not the cheapest but you can tell
There are cheaper options out there, no question. But when you're on your knees fitting it you can feel the difference — the boards are solid, the click is positive, and the surface texture is convincing. It's a proper floor.
Impressed with the rigidity
I'd read that SPC flooring feels more substantial than regular LVT and this backs that up. No flex, no hollow sound, no movement. The Versailles panel design also adds something a bit different — it's not your standard plank floor. Went down in the utility room and the kitchen and both look great.

Was nervous about ordering flooring online without seeing it in person first, but the colour is beautiful — warm and natural looking without being too yellow or too grey. We put it throughout the ground floor and it all flows really nicely. The click system is genuinely easy, even for a first-timer. Worth every penny.
Good product, wish there were more shades
The Classic Natural is a lovely colour and it suits our space perfectly. My only quibble is I'd have liked to see a slightly lighter variation available — we debated for a while before going with this one. That aside, it's a great floor. Fits well, feels solid, looks the part.
Good stuff, minor learning curve on the click
Wasn't sure about fitting it myself but it turned out to be manageable. The click system took a bit of getting used to on the first few boards but once I had the rhythm it flew together. End result looks really professional and the natural colour is warm without being orangey.

Took longer to fit than I expected, mainly because I was being fussy about the layout. But the end result is stunning and everyone who's visited has commented on it.

Stunning in the open plan
Fitted this across our open-plan kitchen and living area — about 45 square metres in total. The natural tone ties everything together beautifully. You can genuinely feel the quality with the 6.5mm thickness, it's a world away from the cheap stuff we had before. Would absolutely buy again.
Fitted the downstairs loo last weekend
Small room so it only took a couple of hours. Looks really smart and the waterproof nature of SPC means no worries about splashes. Would recommend.
Transformed our hallway
Old carpet was absolutely manky — this has completely changed the look of the entrance. The colour is spot on, that natural wood effect looks really convincing. Fitted it over a weekend and the click system was straightforward once you got the hang of it. Really pleased.
Bit darker than the photos
Slightly darker than it appeared on screen, but honestly I prefer it in person — it feels warmer and richer. The rigid core means it doesn't flex at all underfoot, which is exactly what I wanted for the conservatory. Very happy overall.

Bedroom makeover complete
Ripped out the old carpet and fitted this throughout the master bedroom. The difference is unbelievable — it feels so much cleaner and more modern. The click mechanism was intuitive even though I've never laid flooring before. Took me a Saturday afternoon start to finish.
