Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Love it, great quality.
Solid, looks the part
SPC core means no flex, no noise. The silver grey colour is neutral enough to work with any furniture. Fitted our bedroom in an afternoon without any real issues. Really good quality for what you pay.

A proper premium feel
Much better than the laminate we had before. The thickness makes a real difference — feels substantial and doesn't have that hollow sound when you walk on it. Colour is lovely in natural light, very on-trend without being too trendy if that makes sense. Laid it in the landing and bedroom, both look great.
Solid choice for the bedroom
Was debating between this and a couple of other options and went with the silver grey in the end. Fits in perfectly with our decor. The 6.5mm feels substantial — you'd never guess it wasn't a much pricier floor.

Slight learning curve with the click system
First time I've laid SPC and the click system took a bit of getting used to on the first few rows. Once I got my eye in it went down a treat though. The floor itself is gorgeous — really sleek silver grey tone and it feels incredibly solid. Minor nitpick aside, very pleased.
Looks premium without the price tag
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has genuinely impressed me. The silver grey colour photographs a little lighter than real life, but actually I prefer it in person — has a real depth to it. Laid it in the downstairs loo and utility room over a weekend. Clicks together cleanly and feels rock solid once it's down.

Transformed our hallway
Old carpet was manky and we'd been putting this off for ages. Finally took the plunge and so glad we did — the silver grey tone is absolutely spot on, not too cold, not too warm. Feels really solid underfoot too, which we weren't expecting at this price point. Fitting took a Saturday afternoon and clicked together no bother at all.

Lovely colour in person
Slightly darker than the photos online but honestly I prefer it — looks really sophisticated in our open-plan living and dining room. The rigidity of the SPC core means it feels like a proper floor, not flimsy at all. Four stars just because the online colour representation could be a bit more accurate.
Took a bit longer than planned but worth it
Fitting took us the best part of two days rather than one — we've got an awkward shaped room with a chimney breast and a couple of doorways to cut around. But the end result is stunning. The silver grey is really elegant and the floor feels genuinely well-made. Four stars only because I wish there was a slightly warmer grey in the same range.
Really happy with this purchase
Fitted this throughout the ground floor and the result is just beautiful. The colour is a soft silver grey that ties everything together — goes perfectly with our white skirting and grey walls. The boards click together really securely and there's no flex or movement at all once it's all laid. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality SPC.
Fitted this last weekend — dead easy
Was worried about fitting it myself but it's genuinely straightforward. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 24 hours first though — I skipped that the first time and had to re-lay a section. Lesson learned. The floor looks brilliant now, very pleased with the colour and quality.
Great SPC for the price
Fitted this in our kitchen extension last month. The click system was straightforward and even my partner who'd never laid flooring before got the hang of it pretty quickly. The colour is a lovely neutral grey — goes with pretty much anything. Very happy with how solid it feels underfoot, the rigid core really makes a difference.
Replaced tired carpet throughout the ground floor
We had carpet in every room downstairs and I cannot tell you what a difference this has made. The whole place feels bigger, lighter, and so much easier to keep clean.
