When you order one pack of this flooring, you will be sent an A pack and a B pack, each covering 1.139 square meters each.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Stunning in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The grey tones are spot on — not too cold, not too warm — and the herringbone pattern makes the hallway look like something out of a renovation programme. The rigid core means it feels really solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Clicked together easily enough once I got the hang of the angle.

Took longer to fit than I expected
Herringbone does require more cutting and patience than a standard click — I'd budget an extra half day. That said, the end result is genuinely stunning and several people have commented on it already. Very happy with the purchase overall.
Slight variation in shade between boxes
Noticed a few boards were marginally lighter than the rest — probably just natural batch variation. Once it was all laid out it mostly evened out and honestly the overall effect is lovely. The pattern is really eye-catching and the click system is one of the easier ones I've used.
Solid, looks the part
SPC core gives it a good firm feel — nothing flimsy about it. The herringbone adds a premium look and the Winter Oak Grey shade is genuinely lovely. Did the conservatory and utility room and couldn't be more pleased.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was a disaster — stained beyond saving and pretty grim. This flooring has completely changed the feel of the room. The herringbone layout takes a bit more planning than straight lay but it's worth the effort. Grey works beautifully with our white skirting boards.
Waterproof and stylish — ideal for our kitchen
Was worried about putting vinyl in the kitchen but this has been brilliant. Easy to wipe clean, waterproof, and the herringbone adds a touch of class we weren't expecting at this price. The colour photographs darker than real life but in person it's a really versatile grey tone that goes with almost anything.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the colour was accurate and it arrived quickly. The click system was straightforward — I'm not a professional fitter and managed the landing by myself in an afternoon. Looks clean and modern.

Really solid feel for a 5mm
The SPC core makes a genuine difference — you don't get that hollow tap when you walk on it. Laid it in our extension and it's held up well through a cold snap and some spills. Colour is a lovely muted grey oak, very on trend without being too much.
Wish there were more colour options in this range
The Winter Oak Grey is a great shade and we're really pleased with how the kitchen looks. Only thing is I wanted a slightly warmer tone for the dining room and couldn't match it within the range — ended up using a different product in there. That's a minor gripe though. This floor itself is excellent.

Downstairs loo sorted
Tiny room but wanted something special. The herringbone pattern in this grey oak shade is perfect — adds real character to a space that's usually an afterthought. Fully waterproof which was the main requirement. Fitted it in about two hours.

Much better than our old laminate
Swapped out tired laminate in the living room for this and the difference is night and day. The herringbone pattern gives it a completely different feel — much more considered. Rigid core means no bounce or flex, which we really appreciate. A bit of planning needed to get the herringbone layout right but there are good guides online.
