Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks great, solid underfoot
Genuinely impressed by how substantial this feels for the thickness. SPC rigid core really does make a difference — no bounciness or hollow sound when you walk on it. Colour is exactly as shown, maybe ever so slightly darker in low light but we actually prefer it. Very happy overall.

Stunning herringbone pattern
Fitted this throughout our open-plan living and dining room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone layout gives it a really high-end feel — guests keep assuming it's real wood. The Nordic Grey Oak colour is spot on, not too cold, not too warm. Clicks together really satisfyingly and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite the thickness. Well worth the money.
Brilliant in the kitchen
Fitted this in our kitchen and it's completely transformed the space. Waterproof, which was the main requirement, and it looks so much more elegant than the old vinyl we had down. The herringbone is a real talking point.
Looks more expensive than it is
Laid this in our utility room and downstairs loo. Quick job, looks great. The herringbone is a nice touch — adds character to smaller spaces. Waterproof finish is reassuring in a utility room setting.
Fitted the conservatory last weekend
Wasn't sure SPC would work in a conservatory given the temperature swings, but it's been fine so far. The click system is satisfying to use — everything lined up nicely. The Nordic Grey is a beautiful colour, quite neutral so it goes with everything. A couple of boards at the edges needed trimming carefully but that's just part of the job.
Hallway transformation
Our old carpet in the hallway was embarrassingly worn — this has completely changed the feel of the house. The herringbone pattern makes such a statement as soon as you walk through the front door. Fitted it myself over a weekend with no prior experience and the click system was genuinely straightforward.

Bedroom looks completely different
Was worried ordering flooring online but this exceeded expectations. The grey oak tone is subtle and elegant — much more sophisticated than the laminate we replaced. Click system snapped together well and the boards feel sturdy. Took a bit of getting used to laying the herringbone angle at first but once you get into the rhythm it's fine. Would absolutely buy again.
Took longer than expected but worth every minute
I'll be honest — herringbone takes ages compared to straight-lay planks. Took me most of a three-day weekend to do the kitchen extension. But the result is absolutely stunning and I keep finding excuses to walk through it. The colour is a lovely understated grey-oak, works perfectly with our white units. Rigid core feels reassuringly solid too.

Happy with this purchase
Not the cheapest flooring around but when you see it laid out you can tell it's quality. Colour photographs well but looks even better in person — there's a warmth to the grey oak tone that I wasn't expecting from the product shots. My partner fitted it solo over two days and said the click system was easy once he'd done the first few rows.
Exactly what we needed
Replaced tired carpet in the landing and top of the stairs with this. The herringbone pattern elevates it well beyond what you'd expect at this price point. Feels robust, cuts cleanly, and the colour works brilliantly with our grey painted walls.
