Fitted the living room in a day
Fitted this last weekend across about 22 square metres of living room. Click system snapped together nicely once I got into a rhythm — first couple of rows took a bit of figuring out but after that it flew. Make sure you leave it to acclimatise for 48 hours first. End result is really smart.
Would have liked more colour options
The Stoney Grey Oak itself is a nice product — fits well, feels solid for the thickness, and the grain pattern looks natural rather than plasticky. My only minor gripe is I wish there were a couple more tone variations in this range. Four stars, but the floor itself is doing a great job in our open-plan kitchen diner.
Slight colour variation from photos but still love it
It came out slightly darker than the images on the website, but honestly I prefer it — the deeper tone works better with our kitchen units. Laid it in the kitchen and utility room and both look excellent. Only reason for four stars is just that one thing, not a real complaint.
Perfect for our downstairs loo

Happy
Love it, looks great on the landing.
Nice
Really happy with this. Looks great in the bedroom.
Took a little longer than planned but worth it
Fitting took me a bit longer than I'd budgeted for — a tricky bay window alcove didn't help — but the finished floor looks absolutely brilliant. The grey oak tone is really versatile. Feels sturdy and well-made once it's down. Happy to give it five stars.
Solid choice for a busy family home
We've got two kids and a dog so durability was the main thing I was looking for. This has been down about four months now and it's holding up brilliantly — no scratches from the dog's claws that I can see, and muddy footprints just wipe straight off. The grey oak tone is neutral enough to work with pretty much any furniture. Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but I'd do it again without hesitation.
Transformed our hallway
Our old hallway carpet was absolutely grim — dark, worn through in patches, and impossible to keep clean. Fitted this Stoney Grey Oak across the whole ground floor and it's made such a difference. The click system is straightforward even if you haven't laid flooring before. Rigid core means it feels solid underfoot, not at all like the cheaper LVT I tried in the bathroom a few years back. Really pleased.
Good stuff
Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value.
Perfect conservatory flooring
Was worried about fitting it myself in the conservatory given the awkward shape but turns out it's dead easy — the click system is forgiving and the boards are a manageable size. Looks really smart with the natural light coming through. Waterproof too which matters in a space that can get damp.
Lovely colour
The stoney grey tone is exactly what I wanted — cool and contemporary without being too cold. Looks gorgeous with our white walls.
Great for the extension
Went down in our new rear extension which also has underfloor heating. Compatible with UFH which was the key requirement, and it's been fine — no lifting, no warping. The finish looks high-end and several people have asked where we got it.
Does exactly what it should

Solid, looks the part
Solid, looks the part. Rigid core is noticeable — feels like a proper floor.
Much better than expected
Honestly wasn't expecting a huge amount at this price point but it's surprised me. The rigid core makes it feel genuinely solid when you walk on it — none of that hollow tap you get with cheaper options. Colour is a lovely soft grey with a realistic wood grain. Would buy again.
