This range comes with integrated underlay which is attached under the board and so no additional underlay is required.
Please follow the manufacturer guidelines when installing, checking subfloors and if you are installing on under floor heating is very important to carry out the correct process.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid, looks the part
Rigid core does its job. No give, no creaking. The finish photographs a bit lighter than it looks in person but I actually prefer it darker — suits our grey walls perfectly. Would buy again.
Decent buy
Fitted this in the living room and dining area. Click system took a little getting used to on the first few boards but once you're in the rhythm it goes down fast. Looks smart, feels solid. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a couple more colour variants in this range, but the Shadow Oak itself is a lovely neutral.

Transformed our hallway
Old carpet was dark and grim — this has completely changed the feel of the space. The Shadow Oak tone is warm without being too yellow, really natural looking. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend, click system was straightforward once you got the hang of it. Solid underfoot too, which I wasn't expecting at this thickness.
Slightly darker in person but that's fine
Colour on screen was a touch lighter than what arrived. Honestly though, the darker shade works even better in our hallway — richer looking. Quality is great, click system is solid. Would recommend.
Fitted the landing in an afternoon
Was a bit nervous fitting it myself but honestly it was dead easy. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours first — I didn't on the first couple of boards and noticed a tiny gap appear. Relaid them after acclimatising and it's been perfect since. Looks really smart on the landing.
Kitchen floor sorted
Laid this in the kitchen last month and it's holding up brilliantly. Waterproof properties are the real selling point for us — had a couple of spills and nothing soaked through. The oak effect is convincing enough that guests have asked if it's real wood.
Much better than the old laminate
Our previous floor was a cheap laminate that swelled every time the kitchen got steamy. This is completely different — properly waterproof, no warping. The Shadow Oak colour is exactly right for our space.

Really happy with the colour
Spent ages choosing between different oak shades and this was absolutely the right call. It's a cooler, more modern oak tone rather than the orange-y ones you sometimes see. Living room looks completely different — in the best way. Feels sturdy too, no hollow spots.
Downstairs loo transformation
Tiny room but makes such a difference having a proper floor in there. Waterproof obviously helps, and it was easy enough to cut around the toilet base and pedestal. The Shadow Oak pattern looks smart even in a small space. Very pleased.

Good value for a quality product
Fitted this throughout the ground floor — hallway, kitchen and living room all in one go. Took three of us two days but the result is seamless. The rigid core really does make a difference, feels much more like a solid floor than cheaper vinyl click options I've tried before. Colour is consistent board to board which I was worried about, and there's enough variety in the grain pattern that it doesn't look repetitive. Minor point: the click system is very tight on this product, which is actually reassuring for longevity but did mean we snapped a couple of boards while learning. Factor that in when ordering quantities.
Took longer than expected to lay but worth it
We had an awkward shaped room with a bay window and a few alcoves, so fitting took the best part of two days rather than one. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The Shadow Oak colouring is spot on — not too dark, not too pale. Really pleased.
Wasn't sure about buying flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but I'm so glad I did. The boards arrived well packaged, no damage, and the quality is exactly as described. Laid it in our open plan ground floor and it flows beautifully. The rigid core means no flex or bounce — feels very substantial underfoot for an SPC.
Solid investment
Not the cheapest option but you can see where the money goes. The boards feel dense and well made, the locking system is firm, and the oak effect is genuinely convincing. Done the kitchen and dining room and it's lifted the whole space. Two months in and not a single board has shifted.
Great for the utility room
Needed something waterproof and easy to clean for the utility room. This ticks every box. Fitted it myself in a couple of hours, no specialist tools needed. The click system is genuinely simple.
