This range comes with integrated underlay which is attached under the board and so no additional underlay is required.
Please follow the manufacturer guidelines when installing, checking subfloors and if you are installing on under floor heating is very important to carry out the correct process.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Love it
Love it, great quality.
Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was absolutely ruined — kids, dogs, years of wear. Ripped it out and laid this instead and the hallway looks completely different. The natural oak colour is spot on, not too yellow, not too grey. Rigid core means it feels solid when you walk on it which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Really pleased.
Does the job well
Good quality SPC. Does the job well. The rigid core gives it a really grounded feel underfoot and the oak pattern is subtle rather than plasticky, which I was pleased about. Fitted the bedroom in a few hours, no dramas.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely won me over. The colour matches the photos well, maybe very slightly darker in real life but honestly I prefer it. Laid it in the bedroom and it's made such a difference to the room. The click system is forgiving enough for a first-timer.
Looks the part
Solid, looks the part. The rigid core is noticeably firm underfoot which I appreciate.
Wish there were more colour options
The natural oak is a lovely shade and we're pleased with how it looks in the living room. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked to see a couple more tone options — a slightly cooler grey-oak would have been ideal for what we had in mind. Still gave four stars because what's here is genuinely good.
Laid it in the downstairs loo
Small space so fitting was quick. The waterproof properties are what sold it for me — the old lino was peeling up around the toilet. This looks a hundred times better and I'm not worried about splashes. Oak colour works really well with the white tiles.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than our old laminate — that used to flex and creak horribly. This is rigid and doesn't move at all when you walk on it. The oak effect looks convincing from any angle and it's held up really well in the three months since we laid it, including in the conservatory where temperatures swing quite a bit.

So pleased with how the extension has turned out. The flooring runs through from the kitchen and the match in tone is spot on. Feels very sturdy — you'd never guess it was 5.2mm. Would buy again without hesitation.

Easy click system
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out it's dead easy. The click mechanism is satisfying and the boards lock together nicely. Make sure you acclimatise it for 48 hours first — the instructions say 24 but I'd go longer.

Fitted this across the kitchen and into the dining area. The click system is intuitive once you get going — had the whole space done in a day. Looks clean and modern, very happy with it.
Great for the utility room
Needed something waterproof and practical for the utility room where the washing machine lives. This ticks every box — wipes clean, feels sturdy, and looks far smarter than the tatty vinyl tiles we had before. Fitted it in an afternoon.

Took longer than expected but wow
Not going to lie, fitting took us the best part of a weekend because we had a lot of awkward cuts around the doorframes. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The oak finish looks really natural and the boards feel solid underfoot. Glad we went for this one.

Couple of boards had minor marks
Most of the boards were in great condition but a couple had very faint surface marks straight out of the box. Nothing that affected the installation — they were hidden once laid — but worth mentioning. Overall the floor looks brilliant and the feel underfoot is reassuringly firm for an SPC product at this price.
