This range comes with integrated underlay which is attached under the board and so no additional underlay is required.
Please follow the manufacturer guidelines when installing, checking subfloors and if you are installing on under floor heating is very important to carry out the correct process.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Much better than expected
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely won me over. The arctic grey shade is exactly as shown — cool, modern, and it's made our open-plan downstairs look twice the size. The rigid core means there's no flex when you walk on it, which was my main concern with thinner vinyl. Clicked together really smoothly too.

Perfect for our open plan
We had old carpet through the lounge and dining area and it was looking tired. This has transformed the space — the grey is subtle enough not to dominate but gives the room a really fresh feel. Good underfloor heating compatibility too which was essential for us.
Replaced horrible old tiles
Our kitchen had those old cream tiles that were impossible to keep clean. This is a revelation — warm, contemporary, and takes seconds to mop. The click system meant we could lay it over the existing subfloor without too much prep. Would absolutely recommend.
Looks more expensive than it is
Fitted in our downstairs loo and it looks far more expensive than it was. The grey works nicely with the white sanitaryware. Only tiny gripe is I'd have liked a couple more colour options in this range, but the one I chose is spot on.

Slightly darker in person but I prefer it
The colour came up slightly darker than the product photo on my screen, but honestly it looks even better in real life. More of a true charcoal-grey which suits our bathroom perfectly. No complaints from me.

Sturdy and smart
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out it's dead easy. Planks are a decent weight and the locking edges are well made — didn't have a single one split or chip during fitting. Floor feels stable and looks really smart in our bedroom.
Really happy with this purchase
Ordered for our extension and it's worked out perfectly. Colour is a lovely soft grey, not too cold, not too warm. Rigid core feels reassuringly firm when you walk on it — no bounce or hollow sound.

Slight learning curve but end result is great
Took me a bit longer to get the hang of the click system than I expected — first few rows were a faff. But once it clicked (literally), I was flying. The finished floor looks genuinely premium and I've had loads of compliments.

Fitted the landing and top of the stairs in a morning. Click system is straightforward once you get your eye in — just make sure you acclimatise the planks for 48 hours first. Result looks clean and professional.

Happy with the result
Did the conservatory with this after our old laminate started lifting in the damp. Much better suited to the conditions and the grey tone brightens the room up nicely. Fitting was straightforward enough for a first-timer.
Great for the utility room
Wanted something waterproof and hardwearing for the utility room and this ticks both boxes. Easy to wipe down and it's stood up well to muddy boots and the dog.
