This range comes with integrated underlay which is attached under the board and so no additional underlay is required.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted the living room last weekend
Fitted this last weekend and really happy with how it's come out. The cobbled oak design has a lovely texture to it — doesn't look plasticky like some LVT can. Feels firm and planted, no hollow sound when you walk on it. Delivery was fast too.
Took a bit longer to fit than expected
Took a bit longer to fit than I was expecting — had a few awkward angles around the door frames — but the end result is genuinely stunning. The oak pattern is realistic and the floor feels really stable. No regrets at all.

Kitchen floor sorted. Clicked together really easily and looks the part — the cobbled oak pattern is subtle but gives it a proper natural feel. Rigid core means it doesn't flex under foot traffic either.

Great for a rental property
Put this in a buy-to-let flat across two rooms. Ticks every box — waterproof, durable, easy to replace individual boards if needed. The look is neutral enough to suit most tenants and the price point made it an easy decision. Fitting went smoothly with no offcuts wasted.
Much better than the laminate we had before
Much better than the old laminate we ripped up. That stuff was starting to lift at the edges and looked tired. This feels completely different — no movement, no creaking, and it wipes clean in seconds. The cobbled oak grain adds some character without being over the top. Only minor gripe is I'd love a couple more colour options in this range, but the one we went for works a treat.

Transformed the hallway
Our old carpet was genuinely embarrassing — dark, threadbare, hiding a multitude of sins. This has completely changed the space. The cobbled oak tone is warm without being too yellow, and it sits flat with no movement at all. Fitting was straightforward even for someone who'd never laid flooring before. Did the whole hallway and landing in a day. Would absolutely buy again for the rest of the house.
Downstairs loo looking sharp
Went in our downstairs loo and looks brilliant. Waterproof obviously matters in there and this ticks every box. Small space so fitting only took about an hour.
Went down a treat in the extension
Fitted this throughout our new extension. Was a bit nervous about SPC for the first time but the click system is really intuitive — had it done in a weekend with no professional help. The rigid core feels noticeably sturdier than the cheap LVT we used elsewhere, and the oak pattern photographs beautifully. Slight learning curve on getting the first row straight but once you're off, it flies.
Really pleased with this
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has genuinely impressed me. The colour is spot on — not too light, not too dark, and it goes brilliantly with the grey walls in our living room. The click system is satisfying and everything locked together without any gaps.

So pleased with how this turned out in the spare bedroom. We wanted something that looked like real wood without the maintenance and this delivers. Warm tone, realistic grain, and clicking it together was dead easy — I managed it solo in a few hours. Great purchase.

Slightly darker in person but I actually prefer it
The colour on my screen looked a touch lighter than what arrived, but honestly the slightly richer tone suits the room better anyway. Sitting room looks really warm and inviting now. The planks click together well and feel solid underfoot — that rigid core makes a real difference compared to the thinner stuff I've used before. Would recommend, just maybe order a sample first if you're particular about shade.
