Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This is the third time I've used this type of product for rental flats. It's budget laminate — lightweight and a touch hollow underfoot — but it photographs well, looks clean, and the price is hard to argue with.
