Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Living room looks amazing
So pleased with how the living room has turned out. The pale limed oak gives it a really fresh Scandi sort of feel. Fitted it myself over two days and I'm not even particularly DIY-savvy.

Great value for a rental property
Laid this in two bedrooms of a rental flat and it looks smart for the price. At 7mm it's not going to feel luxurious underfoot but that's not what I was after — it just needed to look decent and be easy to fit, and it ticks both boxes.
Exactly what we needed
Laid this across the hallway and into the kitchen diner. Looks seamless and bright. At 7mm you're not getting a thick premium feel but it's perfectly fine for what it is — great value entry-level laminate.
Nice colour, easy install
The click system took a little getting used to on the first few rows but once I got the hang of it the rest went down quickly. Colour is lovely — light without being stark white. Good budget option.
Good laminate for a spare room
Bought this for a spare bedroom and it looks great. Wouldn't expect a luxury underfoot feel at this thickness and price but it does exactly what's needed. Clean finish and easy to lay.

Kitchen update on a budget
Wanted something water resistant for the kitchen without spending a fortune and this fits the bill perfectly. The colour works brilliantly with our white units and grey walls. Fitting was straightforward and it's held up well over the past few months.
Solid choice for the money
Three rooms done with this now and very happy across the board. Consistent colouring between packs, which I was worried about, and the water resistance is reassuring near the kitchen sink area.
Decent laminate but wished it came in more shades
The pale oak is genuinely lovely but I was hoping for a slightly darker variation as well. What I've got looks great in the landing area though, and fitting was easy enough. Four stars just because I'd have liked more choice.
Lovely pale colour
Really happy with the shade — it's a genuine pale limed oak tone, not too yellow or too grey. Brightened up our hallway no end.
Looks more expensive than it is
Genuinely surprised by how good this looks in person. The pale limed finish photographs well online but it's even nicer in the room — very light and airy. For what I paid I couldn't ask for more.

Fine for a rental
Practical, looks decent, water resistant — everything you need in a rental property floor. Wouldn't expect top-end quality at 7mm but it more than does the job.
Conservatory floor sorted
Did the conservatory with this and it's looking brilliant. Water resistant was a must given the temperature changes we get in there. Really pleased.

Nice flooring, straightforward to lay
Click system was pretty intuitive once I got going. Did the living room over a weekend with no real experience and it turned out well. Would have given five stars but found a couple of boards with very slightly uneven edges — nothing major at all, just worth a mention.
Didn't need to worry!
I think some of the very negative reviews on this company are probably false ones from a rival - read on to see why. My order didn't turn up on the day the e-mail said it would and I got no phone cal to explain why. When I tried ringing them it went through to an answering machine. I then did a more thorough search of their online reviews and found a number that said 'avoid at all costs' and 'this a scam'. I was so worried that I tried to cancel the credit card payment but it was too late. I subsequently got a phone call explaining there had been a problem with the delivery firm and giving me a new delivery date and they apologised for not calling on the original day. Everything arrived on the new date, well packed on a pallet and in good order. Price was better than I could get anywhere else. So, this is not a scam company. Their prices are very competitive so expect some less than perfect customer support.

Delivery Issues
Lovely floor and is beautiful once fitted. It took a week from order to delivery so definately don't have fitters arranged until it's in your house. Communication was disappointing with us having to constantly phone for progress on delivery as we were given times/dates which were not accurate.
