Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Kitchen diner
Laid this across a large kitchen diner and it's transformed the space completely. The grey works so well with chrome fixtures and it's held up really well to daily wear. Very happy.
Landing and stairs makeover
Did the landing with this and matched up to our existing grey stair carpet and it works really well. The colour is spot on — true grey, not too blue or too brown. 12mm gives it a real weight and quality feel.
Looks more expensive than it is
Genuinely thought this would look a bit flat in person but it's got a lovely texture to it. The grey is quite dark which suits our modern interior perfectly. Fitting was straightforward — I'm not particularly experienced and managed it over a weekend.
Fantastic finish
So glad I went with this shade. It's been down in the lounge for about three months now and still looking perfect. Holds up well with two kids and a dog, which is the real test. Couldn't fault it.
Solid, stylish, no complaints
Really good laminate. The colour photographs well but it's even nicer in real life — has a slight texture that stops it looking plasticky. 12mm thickness means no flex or bounce when walking on it. Great product at a fair price.
Exactly what we needed

Transformed our open plan kitchen/diner

Bedroom makeover complete
Used this to do the master bedroom and it's made such a difference. The dark grey gives a really grown-up, luxurious feel and the planks are a good width. The 12mm thickness means no hollow sound when you walk on it, which was a big thing for me after some cheaper floors I've had. Really impressed.

For the price, the quality of this is exceptional. You'd pay a lot more elsewhere for something that feels this sturdy. Laid it in the conservatory and it looks like we've had it professionally fitted.
Good quality but wish there were more shade options
The floor itself is brilliant — fits well, feels solid, and the colour is lovely in natural light. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I'd have liked a slightly lighter grey option in the same range. That said, the dark metal shade has grown on me. Very happy overall.
Really impressed with the thickness
Had 8mm laminate previously and the difference with 12mm is noticeable immediately. Much more solid feeling, quieter to walk on, and just feels like a better product. The dark grey colour is very on trend and looks fantastic with light walls.
Looks stunning in our hallway
Laid this in the hallway and entrance area last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The dark metal grey is exactly as it looks in the photos — cool, modern, and it hides footprints and scuffs really well. The 12mm thickness makes it feel really solid underfoot, proper premium feel. Would have preferred a wider plank option
Really love the colour and finish — it's sleek and modern and the quality is excellent. Only minor thing is I personally prefer wider planks and this range doesn't offer that. Absolutely no complaints about the product itself though, it's gone down beautifully in the bedroom.
Nice floor, fitting took patience
The end result is brilliant and I've had loads of compliments on it. I'll dock one star only because I found the boards a little tricky to align on a couple of joins — nothing major, just took more time than expected. The colour and quality are spot on though.

Great flooring, minor learning curve
Really pleased with how this has come out in the living room. The colour is gorgeous — very sleek and contemporary. Click system took me a little while to get the hang of on the first row but once I was in the swing of it, went down no bother. Feels very substantial underfoot for a laminate.
