Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Extension flooring sorted
Fitted this in our new extension last month. The walnut tone works really well with our grey walls — warm without being too dark. At 12mm it's got a really satisfying feel when you walk on it, none of that hollow sound you sometimes get with thinner boards. Would buy again without hesitation.

Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. Snaps together well and the boards are a good size to work with. Floor looks premium, feels premium. The 12mm makes a real difference compared to thinner laminates I've used before. Good value for what you get.

Couple of boards had minor marks but overall very happy
Out of the boxes I ordered, two boards had very faint surface marks — nothing that affected the overall floor once fitted and probably only noticeable to me because I was looking. The rest were perfect and the finished result is exactly what I hoped for. Rich walnut colour, feels weighty and well made.
Much better than our old laminate
Our previous floor was a budget 7mm thing we'd had for years and this is on a completely different level. Feels much more substantial, quieter to walk on, and the finish is genuinely beautiful. Slightly darker in real life than the photos but if anything I prefer it.

Took a bit longer to fit than expected but the result is stunning
I'll be honest, the click system took me a little while to get used to and I lost a couple of hours on the first few rows. But once I was in the rhythm it was fine, and the finished floor looks absolutely brilliant. The 12mm thickness gives it a really premium feel — you'd genuinely not guess this was laminate. Delighted with it.
Fitted the landing and stairs area — looks class
Did the landing last and it's the one everyone comments on coming up the stairs. The walnut tone is rich without being too dark and the 12mm thickness means it feels really solid even on the landing where there's a bit more movement. Very satisfied customer.

Great laminate for the price
Solid underfoot and the colour is lovely — proper rich walnut tone, not too orange like some cheaper options. Fitted our hallway and it's held up really well over the past few months. Click system was straightforward once you got the hang of it.
Living room looks incredible
Our old carpet was tired and stained — this has completely transformed the room. The walnut finish is deep and warm and gives the space a much more grown-up feel. 12mm thickness means no bounciness, just a nice solid floor. Really impressed.
Not the cheapest option but worth every penny
You can see where the money goes with this one. The boards are thick and well finished, the click system is solid, and the floor hasn't budged since we laid it three months ago. Went in our open-plan kitchen-diner and it gets a fair amount of traffic. Holding up brilliantly.

Easy fit, lovely finish
Fitted this in the bedroom over a Saturday afternoon. Easy to cut and the click system clicked together nicely. Make sure you acclimatise it for 48 hours before fitting — made a difference. The colour is gorgeous, very warm and natural looking.
Bedroom transformation
Replaced carpet in two bedrooms with this and couldn't be happier. The colour photographs beautifully — very rich walnut grain effect. It's quiet underfoot too which matters in bedrooms. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
