Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Does exactly what it should
Fitted this under new laminate in the living room and the difference is noticeable straight away — much quieter underfoot and the floor feels warmer. The 5mm thickness gives it a decent bit of cushioning without raising the floor height too much. Good value for what it is.
Does the job nicely
Fitted this under some new laminate in the living room and it's made a real difference to the sound — you can barely hear footsteps from upstairs now. Easy enough to lay, no fuss. Happy with it.
Good underlay for the price
Solid acoustic underlay. Went down easily under our wood flooring and the floor feels noticeably warmer underfoot than before. Took a bit longer to cut around the door frames than I expected but that's minor really.
Does exactly what it says
Fitted this under some new laminate in the spare bedroom. Compresses nicely, feels solid underfoot and the noise reduction is noticeable compared to laying straight on the concrete. Good value for what it is.

Penthouse white oak flooring
We have just laid the flooring and it looks great you cannot fault it the only problem we had with floor debot was the communication we ordered 13 packs and only 10 was delivered it took us ages to get any reply about delivering the other 3 packs it was only when we emailed Paul that we got somewhere and to be fair he sorted it out for us I’d like to thank Paul for that end of the day we are happy with this flooring it looks great
