Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Very impressed
Honestly didn't expect it to look this good in person. The grain detail on the oak effect is really realistic and the 12mm thickness gives it a proper premium feel. Our builder commented on it without us even mentioning the price. Would definitely buy again.
First time fitter — went fine
Never laid laminate before but managed this on my own over a weekend. Watched a couple of videos and the click system made sense pretty quickly. The floor looks professional and feels really high quality — that 12mm thickness is satisfying. Delighted with the result.
Nice floor, wish the pack coverage was slightly bigger
The product itself is excellent — beautiful finish and the quality is clear from the moment you open the box. The planks are a good length and the locking system is satisfying once you get going. Only minor thing is I had to order an extra pack to finish the room which wasn't quite what I calculated, so just order a bit more than you think you need. Floor itself is a 5 star though.

Lovely colour, great underfoot
The Mountain Oak shade is spot on — not too yellow, not too grey, just a classic warm oak. Combined with the 12mm thickness it feels like a proper premium floor. Went down in our open-plan kitchen-diner and gets loads of compliments. Would buy again for upstairs when we get round to it.
Brilliant in the conservatory
Wanted something that would cope with the temperature changes in our conservatory and this has been spot on. No lifting or gapping after months of use. Looks gorgeous too.
Kitchen refresh done
Used this in the kitchen after seeing it recommended online. The finish is great and it's held up well to spills and daily traffic so far. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a couple more shade variations in the oak range to compare, but the Mountain Oak itself is a really nice colour.
Great floor, minor learning curve with the click system
Really happy with this overall. The quality is excellent for the price and the wood effect looks convincing. Took me a little while to get the hang of the click fitting — first few planks were a bit fiddly — but once I got into the rhythm it went down quickly. Would still recommend it without hesitation.
Good quality, worth the money
Bit pricier than some alternatives but you can feel the difference. The 12mm really does feel substantial — no flex, no bounce, just a solid floor. Happy with it.
Exactly what I needed
Just finished laying this across the landing and top of the stairs and it looks fantastic. Warm tone, solid feel, easy enough to cut around the awkward shapes. Samples matched the actual product perfectly which I was relieved about.
Solid and looks brilliant
This is the third room we've done with this product now and it never disappoints. The 12mm is noticeably premium underfoot — no hollow sound when you walk on it. Colour matches our existing trim perfectly.
Looks like real wood
Couldn't believe how realistic the finish is — guests have asked if it's actual hardwood. The 12mm depth means it sits flush nicely with adjacent tiles too. Very pleased.

Couldn't be happier
So glad I went for the 12mm option rather than a cheaper thinner board — you really do notice the quality difference when you're walking on it every day. The finish is beautiful, the fit was straightforward, and it's already had some heavy use with no signs of wear. A genuinely great floor.
