Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks great, feels premium
Solid underfoot and looks the part.
Good stuff
Really pleased with this. Fitted the hallway and landing in a day, click system was straightforward once you got into a rhythm. The colour is a warm mid-oak which goes with pretty much everything. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I wish there were a couple more shade options — a lighter variant would be nice. But the quality itself is spot on.

Slightly darker than the photos but no complaints
The colour came up a touch darker than it looked on screen — but honestly, in the room it looks even better than I'd imagined. Really rich warm tone. The 12mm thickness is noticeable too, feels far more substantial than the laminate we had before. Four stars only because the online image could be more accurate, but the product itself is genuinely great.

Our old carpet had seen better days and we'd been putting off replacing it for years. Finally took the plunge with this and honestly couldn't be happier. The 12mm thickness makes such a difference — it feels genuinely solid underfoot, not that hollow tap you get with cheaper laminates. The oak finish is really natural looking too, not plasticky at all. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend with no real experience and it clicked together brilliantly.
Our hallway looks incredible
We'd had tatty old tiles in the hallway for fifteen years and finally decided to do something about it. This was recommended by a friend and I can see why. The oak look is elegant without being over the top, and because it's 12mm it handles the high foot traffic without any wobble or flex. Fitting was manageable as a DIY job — took me and my partner a Saturday afternoon. Absolutely love the end result.
Fitted the whole downstairs
Used this throughout the ground floor — kitchen, hallway, and dining room — and it ties everything together beautifully. The 12mm base means it feels genuinely premium, not flimsy at all. Colour is consistent across the packs which is always a relief. One or two boards had very minor surface marks out of the pack but nothing that affected the overall result. Really happy with it as a whole.

Exactly what we needed
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. The click system is really intuitive and the planks lined up nicely with minimal fuss. Looks fantastic in the living room, the oak grain pattern is varied enough that it doesn't look repetitive. Feels very solid underfoot, proper 12mm quality. Happy to recommend.
Solid product, does the job well
Good quality laminate at a reasonable price point. The grain detail is realistic and the finish has a slight sheen that catches the light nicely. Took a little while to get used to the click system at first but once I got going it was fine. Would buy again.

Much better than expected
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged and the quality exceeded what I'd anticipated for the price. 12mm laminate that genuinely feels chunky and well made. The Forest Oak colour is subtle and warm — works really well in our open-plan kitchen diner. Fitting took a bit longer than I'd budgeted for time-wise but the end result is stunning and I've had loads of compliments from visitors.
