Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Nearly perfect
Really beautiful floor — the grey is elegant and it feels incredibly sturdy. Only giving four stars because I wish there were a few more colour variations in this range, but that's a minor thing.
Exactly what we needed
Replaced some tired old carpet with this in the landing and it's made the whole area look bigger and cleaner. The grey works really well with white skirting boards.

Good click system
First time laying laminate on my own and it went much smoother than I expected. The instructions were clear and the boards clicked together without too much wrestling. Looks great in the bedroom.
Hallway floor
Had it down for six months now and still looks as good as the day we laid it. Scratches haven't been an issue despite it being a high-traffic area.
Really impressed with the thickness
We specifically wanted 12mm for the warmth and soundproofing and this delivers on both. The grey tone photographs beautifully too — my living room looks like something out of a magazine now.
Very happy overall
Gorgeous colour and really solid quality. Only reason it's four stars is I had a couple of boards that were slightly tricky to lock — nothing that stopped the job getting done, just a minor frustration.

Great laminate for the price
Bought this for the hallway and it's held up brilliantly even with three kids trampling over it daily. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference — it feels substantial, nothing like the thin stuff we had before.
Solid underfoot, great look
The 12mm thickness is noticeable — you don't get that hollow knock when you walk on it. Laid it in the bedroom and dining room and it ties the house together nicely.

Looks and feels premium, which it should be at 12mm. Took me a little while to get the hang of the click system on the first few boards but once I was in the rhythm it went down quickly.

Ordered eight packs for a large open-plan space and it all looks seamless. The grain pattern is varied enough that you don't notice any repeating.

Great floor, minor gripe
