Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Really pleased with this purchase
I was a bit nervous ordering flooring online without seeing it in person first, but the colour is spot on. The grey has a lovely natural variation to it and doesn't look flat or artificial. Fitting was straightforward too — click system worked really well.
Perfect for the landing
Needed something that would handle constant foot traffic and look good doing it. This ticks both boxes. The distressed finish is forgiving and the colour works with practically everything.
Lovely flooring, minor gripe
Beautiful floor and really easy to fit. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I wish there were a couple more colour variations in the range — a warmer tone would be nice. But this grey is genuinely gorgeous so I can't complain too much.
Conservatory flooring sorted
So glad I went for this over the cheaper options. The quality is obvious from the moment you open the packs — the boards are weighty and the surface finish is really detailed. Conservatory looks like a completely different room now.

Great product and good value for what you're getting at 10mm. Took me a little while to get into a rhythm with the click system but once I did the boards went down smoothly. End result looks fantastic.
Great flooring for the price

Really impressed with the quality and appearance — the grey is subtle and sophisticated rather than cold. Docking one star only because I had to order a second batch and there was a very slight shade variation between deliveries. Not noticeable once laid but worth bearing in mind. Overall a great product.
