Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Really happy with this
Just finished the dining room and it looks brilliant. The grain detail on these boards is realistic — not that obvious printed look you get with cheaper options. 12mm feels like proper flooring.
Stunning in our living room
Laid this across our entire downstairs living room and honestly couldn't be happier. The whitewash grey tone is exactly as pictured — cool and modern without looking clinical. At 12mm it feels really solid underfoot, proper premium feel. Fitting was straightforward and the click system was nice and secure.
Beautifully light and modern
I spent ages choosing between different grey laminates and so glad I went with this one. The whitewash effect has a real depth to it — it's not flat or plasticky looking. At 12mm you really can feel the quality when you're walking on it. Did our kitchen-diner and it's made such a difference to the whole feel of the space.

Honestly was a bit sceptical about buying flooring online but these boards are genuinely impressive. The 12mm thickness means it feels solid and warm underfoot, not hollow like some laminates I've had before. The whitewash grey is exactly the right shade — not too cool, not too washed out. Good boards, took longer than expected to fit
The flooring is excellent — really nice colour and very sturdy at 12mm. I will say the fitting took me longer than I anticipated, partly just because I wanted to get the staggering pattern right and partly because I was working alone. Nothing wrong with the product, just plan for more time than you think if you're doing it yourself.
Hallway transformation
Our hallway was tired old carpet and now it looks completely different. This flooring has a real quality feel — 12mm makes a noticeable difference compared to cheaper stuff I've used before. The colour photographs beautifully too.
Kitchen looks completely different now
So pleased with this. The whitewash grey ties in perfectly with our kitchen units and the stone worktops. Feels really premium underfoot and has been easy to keep clean. Absolutely worth the investment.
Modern and fresh
Replaced some tired dark wood laminate with this and the difference is night and day. The room feels so much lighter and more contemporary. The 12mm is noticeably better quality than what we had before — much less hollow sound when you walk on it.
Very impressed overall, small wishlist
This is a genuinely lovely floor. The quality at 12mm is very evident — it feels substantial and there's no flex or hollow sound anywhere. The whitewash effect is elegant and understated. My one minor wish is that the boards were available in a slightly longer length, purely for aesthetics in a larger room. But that's a very small thing — the product itself is excellent.
Would buy again
Really solid product. Laid it in the bedroom in a day, looks great, feels great. The colour is exactly right — subtle grey wash over a realistic oak grain, not overdone.
Perfect for the conservatory
Wanted something light and airy for our conservatory and this delivered. The whitewash finish keeps the space feeling bright even on grey days. Solid underfoot and the boards are a good length so there's not too many joins. Very happy.
Great floor, minor learning curve
Really pleased with how this looks in our hallway. The colour is gorgeous — that washed-out oak effect is very on trend and works perfectly with our grey walls. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is the click system took a bit of getting used to on the first few rows, but once I got the hang of it the rest went down a treat.
Brilliant choice for open plan living
We ran this throughout our open plan kitchen and sitting room — probably about 45 square metres in total — and the result is incredible. The light grey tone makes the whole space feel bigger and more cohesive. The boards feel incredibly solid underfoot, that 12mm really does make a difference. A few neighbours have asked what flooring we used which says it all really.

Nice product, wish there were more shade options
The flooring itself is lovely — good weight to it, nice realistic oak grain, and the grey wash is subtle rather than overdone. My only tiny gripe is I'd have liked a slightly warmer tone option in this range, but that's just personal preference. As a product it's excellent.
Good product, slight colour variation between packs
Really pleased with the quality overall — these are chunky, solid boards and the whitewash oak look is very stylish. I did notice a very slight variation in tone between two of my packs but once it was all laid and settled it evened out. Would still recommend, just worth mixing your boards from different packs as you go.
Laid it myself, no problem
First time I've ever laid flooring and it went down without any real issues. The instructions were clear and the boards clicked together well. Looks fantastic in our landing area.
Looks expensive, isn't
Genuinely looks like it cost twice what I paid. The grey oak finish is beautiful and the 12mm thickness gives it a really substantial feel — you'd never guess it was laminate. Laid it in the bedroom and it's transformed the whole room.
