Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Flooring excellent
The floor that was ordered is perfect, the only problem I had was with the delivery. We paid for next day delivery ( meaning it should have arrived on a Friday) it didn’t. Tried contacting the company all weekend with no response by phone and live chat. It was sorted out Monday - and arrived Monday and the extra we’d paid for next day delivery was refunded but it was a very stressful weekend. The good came in a huge articulated Lordy which could get anywhere near our house. The driver had to walk down two streets to say he was dropping it off on the main road. I can see this would be a regular problem as ours is a normal road on a modern housing estate But the floor - perfect
