Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Happy with this purchase
Bought enough to do the whole ground floor. Took a bit longer to fit than I expected — mainly because of cutting around the fireplace hearth — but the end result is stunning. The grey tone ties everything together. Good value for a budget-friendly laminate.

If you're looking for something to do a utility room or spare room without spending a fortune, this ticks the box. Looks smart, clicks together easily, and the grey oak finish is genuinely attractive. Just bear in mind it's a 7mm floor — great for the price, just don't expect a high-end feel underfoot.
Perfect for the rental flat

Nice colour, practical choice
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this turned out to be a good decision. The Millennium Oak Grey is a lovely shade — not too dark, not too light. Fitted it in our dining room and it looks the part. Being honest, at 7mm you notice it's not the thickest floor underfoot, but for the price and the room we're using it in, no complaints.

You get what you pay for and at this price that's actually quite a lot. Good-looking floor, easy to click together, arrived quickly. Don't expect the solidity of a thicker laminate but as a budget option for a low-traffic room it's spot on.

Transformed the hallway
Our old carpet was absolutely minging — ripped it up, laid this over a weekend and the hallway looks completely different. The grey tone is modern without being cold. Fitted it ourselves with no real experience and the click system was straightforward enough. Really pleased.

Much better than I expected
Much better than our old laminate. The oak grain effect is convincing and the grey tone is very on-trend without looking like every other floor. Laid it in the conservatory extension and it's held up fine over the summer months.
Kitchen floor sorted
Kitchen looks so much better now. Colour is spot on — grey without being clinical. A couple of the boards had very minor surface marks out of the pack but honestly you'd never notice once it's all down. Really happy overall.

grey flooring
Luckily I over ordered by 2 packs. Because I had at least 10 damaged boards across 3 packs. It was like the packs had been bashed because all the damage was in the same order when they came out of the packs.. some on the side and some on the ends. luckily also I was able to plan the room around cutting off the damaged areas. i moved some furniture and chipped a board dead centre of the room so have to live with that forever :(

Fitted this in the living room and hallway over a Saturday and Sunday. Make sure you acclimatise it for 48 hours before you start — worth doing properly. The colour is exactly as shown, maybe fractionally darker in real life but I actually prefer it. Clean, modern look.

Good product. only issue was the delivery. I paid extra for the next day delivery service, only to be advised (when querying where the trims and accessories were), that they would be delivered the following day - sort of contradicts the term "next day" delivery. Save yourselves a few quid and go standard delivery.

Floor arrived quickly the flooring was beautiful delivery man chipped some flooring but it was no problem as I spoke to tai which he replaced and sent out the flooring within the next day. Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery on a Friday but did not receive my order until the following Wednesday. Was not contacted to be told when to expect delivery and then received a call from the courier who was trying to deliver my order in Peterborough when I live in Norfolk. Not very good communication and was not offered a refund as my order was obviously NOT a next day delivery but was paid for!!
