Delivery Information

Delivery is worked out automatically at checkout stage, or in some circumstances you can call our sales team who can calculate the best way to deliver your order.


Floor Depot can offer a quick delivery service on most products with goods being delivered on a next working day basis between the hours of 8am-6pm, subject to road and weather conditions. Next working day delivery is dependent on supplier cut off times. Not available on orders placed on a weekend or bank holidays. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.


Standard delivery means orders will be dispatched and delivered within 2-3 working days. All deliveries are subject to stock availability, road and weather conditions.


Delivery charges will vary depending on postcode, size of the order and the weight and length of the order. Larger orders (typically over 30m) and those to remote locations may incur additional charges - we will always inform you before processing your order if this is the case.


Delivery times are between 8.00am & 6.00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an estimated time of arrival as we use a pallet courier to deliver the goods. If there is the likelihood of delay or we are unable to fulfill an agreed delivery date, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options. No items will be left in garages/sheds etc. Any missed deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge.

We do our utmost to deliver your goods on the agreed delivery date but on rare occassions due to unforeseen circumstancesthat an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame, for this reason we strongly advise against booking installers until your goods have arrived as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.


Due to insurance guide lines all flooring deliveries can only be made to kerb side at the nearest access point of your delivery address. It is your responsability to move the flooring into your property, the driver can not help move the flooring into your property. Deliveries can be made by large vans and lorries, if there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, refuse to sign or you refuse delivery you will be liable for the cost of any re-delivery charge when applicable.

Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.

In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for costs incurred caused by late or missed deliveries or for any other reason.
