Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Floor is amazing
Started with a stressful note, I ordered online and keep that in mind there is one contact number which they hardly answer. The floor was delivered late and I had the stress of my life as the email read order had been dispatched with no expected delivery date or time so my thoughts were it’s a scam. Finally a week of chasing them they gave me a delivery date which was a week later. Phew! So my building work was out on hold for a week. But the floor is high quality and it looks amazing. I bought winter white high gloss. Highly recommended

Delivery was quick albeit left all over the bottom of the drive, obviously lockdown rules, so make sure you are there to receive. Definitely recommend and now my mother is thinking of having her floor done!
